Ayu Heryati Naqsabandiyah joined the Department of International Relations at Universitas Islam Indonesia as a lecturer in 2023. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and National Chengchi University, Taiwan, respectively. Her research interests include China Studies, international organizations, and Asia-Pacific strategic studies, with particular interests in Mekong River governance and Taiwan’s international engagement.
