Profil
  • Description

Ayu starts her academic career as a young lecturer at the Department of International Relations, Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2023. She acquired her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and National Chengchi University, Taiwan, respectively. Her research interests involve China Studies, International Organization, Energy and Environmental Politics, as well as Strategic Studies especially in the context of Asia-Pacific Region. She wrote the relationship among Mekong riparian countries, including China, in managing the Mekong River in the face of the increasing demand for hydropower-generated energy as her thesis topic. Aside of that, as she lived in Taiwan during her master’s degree, she is also concerned with the research topic related to Taiwan’s movement in the international arena.
