Farhan starts his academic career as a young lecturer at the Department of International Relations Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2024. He graduated bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2019 and graduated master’s degree from European University Institute in 2023. His research interests encompass the fields of Global Political Economy (Economic Crisis, International Trade, and Development), Democracy and Democratization, International Relations Theory, Religion and Politics with regional focuses on Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He is also an avid writer and regularly share his insights and analyses on global affairs on his website, famajiid.com.
