Dewi Masitoh is a lecturer at the Department of International Relations, Universitas Islam Indonesia. She obtained her Bachelor of International Relations from the Department of International Relations, Universitas Islam Indonesia, and obtained her Master of Political Science from the Department of Political Science in Universitas Diponegoro.

Her research interests are focused on political issues and global political economy. She wrote her undergraduated thesis topic about United States hegemony to deal with Chinese domination. She also wrote her thesis topic about investment enhancement during Ganjar Pranowo era in Central Java. She has awardee as Best Graduate on Master of Political Science, Universitas Diponegoro 2020.
